Since our items are all customized, we do not accept returns. However, we do want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any trouble with the durability of an item or have a product with a defect, please don’t hesitate to email us and we can discuss possible replacement options, etc. Please note there are no refunds for any downloaded (non-physical) materials.
